AC Compact Fans

An AC fan—often referred to as a panel cooling fan, instrument cooling fan, or equipment fan—is designed to operate on alternating current and directs airflow along the fan’s axis to provide efficient cooling. Hicool offers a wide range of AC cooling fans in multiple voltage options, including 24VAC, 115VAC, 230VAC, and 415VAC. They are available in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz frequency variants. Customers can choose between models with plastic blades or metal blades, with fan sizes ranging from 80 mm up to 280 mm. Plastic-blade fans typically come in sizes from 80 mm to 220 mm. All AC fan models are offered with either ball bearings or sleeve bearings, and can be selected in low-speed or high-speed versions depending on specific application needs.

DC Compact Fans

DC fans, often referred to as DC brushless fans, are cooling devices designed to deliver strong airflow even under high static pressure conditions. Hicool offers a broad range of brushless DC fans in sizes from 60 mm up to 280 mm. These fans are available with either plastic or metal blades. Plastic-blade DC models typically come in 60 mm, 80 mm, 92 mm, 120 mm, and 172 mm sizes, while metal-blade versions are available in 225 mm and 280 mm. Hicool manufactures DC fans in standard voltages such as 12V, 24V, and 48V, with custom voltage options available upon request. Depending on application needs, these brushless DC fans can be supplied in both low-speed and high-speed variants. Hicool’s lightweight plastic brushless fan series is engineered to deliver up to 30% higher airflow. These compact DC fans also feature additional functionalities such as fan failure alarms and speed monitoring signal outputs. Along with improved performance, these brushless fans offer benefits like low power usage, reduced noise levels, and an extended operational lifespan.
